So, you know how you can go down to Aveda and get free hair cuts and make-overs and such from students that need practice?
Well, we have the same sort fo thing going on here...except it's a hair styling school for over-weight dogs with large tongues and the participants don't have any say in the matter......and the free part is the same too.
